对化洲橘红 ( Citrus grandis Osbecks. vartomentosa Hort.)的化学成分进行研究并改进柚皮苷的提取工艺 ;利用溶剂提取和柱层析分离 ,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果得到 2个化合物 ,分别确定为柚皮苷 ( naringin)和野漆树苷( rhoifolin)
The chemical constituents of Citrus grandis Osbecks. vartomentosa Hort. were studied and the extraction process of naringin was improved. The structures of the naringin were extracted by solvent extraction and column chromatography, and their physicochemical properties and spectral data were used to identify the structure. As a result, two compounds were identified as naringin and rhoifolin.
