[目的]测定活血化瘀注射液I号 (HHI -I)静脉输入对大鼠软脑膜及脑实质微循环的影响。[方法]健康Ⅱ级Wistar大鼠40只 ,分为4组 ,每组10只。实验时将大鼠以10%乌拉坦腹腔注射麻醉(0.01mL/g体质量 ) ,头顶部矢状缝两侧钻孔后分别置入激光多普勒微循环电极 ,测定软脑膜及脑实质血流。血流稳定后于各组分别输入静脉生理盐水(对照组 )和低、中、高剂量HHI-I(1.5 %,3%及6%,2mL/h)。观察两部位微循环血流变化1h。[结果]生理盐水无影响 ,3种剂量HHI-I均可增加两部血流 ,以高剂量作用最明显。[结论]HHI-I静脉输入可增加大鼠软脑膜及脑实质微循环血流
[Objective] To determine the effect of intravenous injection of Huoxue Huayu Injection I (HHI-I) on microcirculation of pia mater and brain parenchyma in rats. [Methods] Forty healthy Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups with 10 in each group. Rats were anesthetized with 10% urethane by intraperitoneal injection (0.01 mL/g body weight). Laser doppler microcirculation electrodes were placed after drilling on both sides of the sagittal suture at the top of the head to measure pia mater and parenchymal blood. flow. After stable blood flow, intravenous saline (control group) and low, middle, and high doses of HHI-I (1.5%, 3%, and 6%, 2 mL/h) were administered to each group. Observe changes in blood flow in the microcirculation of the two sites for 1 h. [Results] There was no effect of physiological saline, and three doses of HHI-I could increase blood flow in both groups, with the most obvious effects at high doses. [Conclusion] HHI-I intravenous infusion can increase the microcirculatory blood flow in rat pia mater and brain parenchyma
