目的探讨尿道狭窄的有效治疗方法。方法使用泌尿系腔镜镜端对158例复杂性尿道狭窄疤痕进行撬拨撕开结合钬激光对疤痕组织进行切除,恢复尿道连续性和排尿通畅,并对其疗效及技术要点进行回顾性分析与总结。结果全部病例无意外损伤,一次手术治愈,随访15～36个月无复发。结论镜撬拨结合钬激光治疗复杂性尿道狭窄手术速度快捷,手术操作简便,安全可靠,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of urethral stricture. Methods 158 patients with complicated urethral stricture scars were pricked and torn with holmium laser to excise the scar tissue and urinary continuity and urinary patency by using endoscopic urinalysis endoscope. The curative effect and technical points were retrospectively analyzed. to sum up. Results All cases without accidental injury, a surgical cure, follow-up 15 to 36 months without recurrence. Conclusion Mirror poking and holmium laser treatment of complex urethral stricture surgery speed, surgical operation is simple, safe and reliable, with satisfactory results.
