青海水泥厂在中国建材研究院及省有关部门的大力支持下,生产出了525~#中热硅酸盐水泥和425~#低热矿渣硅酸盐水泥。1990年7月份生产出的首批产品已用于龙羊峡水电站的副坝和李家峡水电站导流洞工程。受到用户好评。
