近几年,医学高职院校致力于大力拓展新思路,不断完善党建制度和组织保障,医学高职院校学生党员的发展趋势良好,在校学生党员素质较大提升,但也面临一些问题:比如培养方式缺乏医学高职院校特色,党内活动形式单一,入党动机功利化等。本文试图从加强党建、改进内容、完善制度三方面提出加强医学高职院校学生党员发展质量的方法。
