随着计算机与互联网的不断普及,电子商务中安全问题已经成为人们日益关注的焦点问题。电子商务作为革命性的商务贸易新形式,全球电子商务的兴起,对现在的商务活动造成前所未有的安全挑战,但裁定电子商务安全问题的法律法规并不健全,制约电子商务稳定发展,因此亟需完善法律保障电子商务拥有安全的交易环境。本文以电子商务交易的安全现状为切入点,分析针对安全问题的我国相关法律的不足之处,并对不足提出若干修改建议。
