本文分析了专业资料窒的特点,即专业性、前沿性、权威性、单一性与灵活性,并在此基础上,论述了专业资料室在科研中的重要价值。指出了我国目前专业资料室普遍存在的问题,即资金严重不足、功能单一、对专业资料室资料员培训不够重视、科研人员对专业资料室的依赖程度正在减弱等,提出了自己的建议,即建议国家有关部门制定专门针对专业资料室的法规、对现有资料室进行整合、成立区域性领导机构、展开向社会的多功能服务等,与综合性图书馆优势互补。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of professional data stifling, that is, professionalism, cutting-edge, authority, unity and flexibility, and on this basis, discusses the important value of professional data room in scientific research. It points out the ubiquitous problems in our country’s professional reference room, namely, the serious lack of funds, the single function, the insufficient attention paid to the training of professional reference staff, the weakening of the reliance on professional reference rooms by researchers, etc., It is suggested that relevant state departments should formulate laws and regulations that are specific to specialized reference rooms, integrate existing reference rooms, set up regional leading bodies and provide multi-functional services to the community, complementing comprehensive libraries.
