目的了解柳州市区内蚊、蝇、蟑和鼠等病媒生物密度及其消长规律,为柳州市制定病媒生物防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法鼠类外环境采用目测鼠迹法,室内采用粘鼠板法;蚊类居民区和单位采用容器指数法,大型水体采用勺捕法;蝇类室内采用粘捕法,室外采用目测法;蟑类采用粘蟑纸法进行监测。结果 2009-2011年,鼠密度指数由0.048只/块逐步降低至0.006只/块,外环境的鼠密度指数由38.43处鼠迹数/2 000 m降低到0.53处鼠迹数/2 000 m;居民区和单位蚊密度指数由44.56%降低至1.58%,大型水体的密度指数由2.899%降低到0.001%;蝇密度指数由2.97只/条降低至0.03只/条;蟑类密度指数由0.283只/张降低至0.008只/张。结论柳州市病媒生物密度控制较好,已基本达到国家卫生城标准,采取的控制措施效果明显。
