硝酸亚汞法测定全铁在一些文献中早已有人提出,但大都认为必须在硫酸溶液中进行滴定,允许存在的盐酸极少(有的提出不得大于0.005N有的提出为0.01N)。为了除去在分解试样时引入到溶液中去的盐酸,给工作带来很多麻烦。因此至今很少有人采用。近来有些文献又提出在硫氰酸盐过量的情况下,可以在盐酸溶液中进行滴定。我们也对有关条件和干扰测定的物质进行了具体的试验,找出了避免的方法。经过大批生产考验,证明本法比起一般采用的重铬酸钾法来,不但在时间、劳动力和试剂方面都要节约得多,而其精确度也不亚于重铬酸钾法。同时方法简单,很容易为一般分析人员掌握,可以说是一个多、
Determination of total iron by mercuric nitrate method has long been proposed in some literature, but most believe it is necessary to carry out titration in sulfuric acid solution, allowing the presence of very few hydrochloric acid (some proposed no more than 0.005N some proposed 0.01N). In order to remove the hydrochloric acid introduced into the solution when the sample is decomposed, a lot of trouble is caused to the work. So few people use it so far. Some recent literature also suggested that thiocyanate can be titrated in hydrochloric acid solution in excess.
