多原发癌国外文献报告其发生率3.8～6.4%,高者达13.1%。国内发生率0.4～0.77%。多原发癌中以双重癌多见,占93.3%。现报告1例。临床资料:女,67岁。腹泻、血便、乏力3月。结肠镜提示结肠癌。Ｂ超报告盆腔内实性肿块。术前临床诊断结肠癌、卵巢库肯勒氏瘤。手术见右卵巢10×10ｃｍ
Multiple foreign primary cancers have been reported in the foreign literature with an incidence rate of 3.8 to 6.4%, and the highest rate is 13.1%. The domestic incidence is 0.4 to 0.77%. Multiple primary cancers were more common with double cancers, accounting for 93.3%. One case is now reported. Clinical data: Female, 67 years old. Diarrhea, bloody stools, fatigue in March. Colonoscopy suggests colon cancer. B ultrasound report pelvic solid mass. Preoperative clinical diagnosis of colon cancer, ovarian Kukler’s tumor. See right ovary 10×10cm
