本文介绍由七院七○二研究所研究设计、得到上海市激光技术研究所、七院七○八研究所、七院七一一研究所工厂协作、于最近研制成的激光测速自动扫描机。文中叙述流场测试原理、机器的结构及其设计计算、加工及调试结果等。该机是一种光学系统、精密机械和数字控制的组合,已首次应用于水筒对流场速度分布进行测量。试验时根据要求,确定流场大小、用数控方法自动实现X、Z二今方向的扫描运动,从而得到流场各点速度值。该机也可应用于共他一切不均匀流场的测量。
This article introduces the research and design of the 7072 Institute of seven homes and has been cooperated with the factory of Shanghai Institute of Laser Technology, the Institute of 708 of the 7th Institute and the Institute of the 711th of the 7th Institute. Recently, the laser speed automatic scanner has been developed. The article describes the flow field test principle, the structure of the machine and its design and calculation, processing and debugging results. The machine is an optical system, a combination of precision machinery and digital control, has been used for the first time to measure the velocity distribution of the flow field. According to the requirements of the test, the size of the flow field is determined, and the X, Z, and Z-direction scanning motions are automatically realized by numerical control to obtain the velocity values of each point of the flow field. The machine can also be applied to all his uneven flow field measurements.
