在经济较发达地区,农村有线用户的普及率已超过50%。对于当地的有线网络运营商来说,模拟电视收视费是其核心收入来源。进行数字化与网络整合,势必改变既有的产业结构和利益分配,如何促使县级有线电视的数字化步入良性发展的轨道,是一个很现实的课题。本文作者认为,目前大中城市广泛采用的整转模式,不一定是县级有线的最优选择。对此,欢迎广大读者共同参与讨论,邮件请发wang_yun@ccw.com.cn。
In economically developed areas, the penetration rate of rural cable subscribers has exceeded 50%. For local cable operators, analog TV subscriptions are a key source of revenue. To digitize and network integration is bound to change the existing industrial structure and distribution of benefits, how to promote the digitization of county-level CATV into the track of sound development is a very realistic issue. The author believes that the current widely used mode in large and medium-sized cities is not necessarily the best choice for county-level cable.
