用剂量为300Gy 的~(137)Csγ射线照射水稻6个杂交组合杂种当代的干种子及其亲本,以相应未经辐照的杂交组合亲本为对照,研究其辐照一代的生物学效应和二代的突变。结果表明,辐照杂种明显提高了染色体畸变频率;显著降低了苗高、根长和植株高度;扩大了变异,F_2M_2代的株高、穗长、单株百粒重、每穗粒数和单株穗数的变异系数均大于 F_2代,平均提高10.30%,其二代的抽健期、株高和穗型等突变频率,F_2M_2高于 F_2。上述结果表明,γ射线辐照杂种扩大了各种农艺性状的变异范围,为育种提供更广泛的变异材料,是提高诱变效率的一种有效途径。
The current dry seeds and their parents of 6 hybrids of rice were irradiated with ~ (137) Csγ ray at a dose of 300Gy. The corresponding non-irradiated hybrid parents were used as control to study the biological effects of radiation generation and Generation of mutations. The results showed that irradiation hybrid significantly increased the frequency of chromosome aberration, significantly reduced the seedling height, root length and plant height, and increased the variation. The plant height, panicle length, single grain weight per plant, grains per panicle and single The coefficient of variation of panicle number per panicle was greater than that of F_2 generation, with an average increase of 10.30%. The frequency of the second generation was more frequent than that of F_2, such as the pumping period, plant height and panicle type. The above results show that γ-ray hybrids broaden the range of variation of agronomic traits, providing a wider range of mutant materials for breeding is an effective way to improve the mutagenesis efficiency.
