为了探讨珍菌素的免疫活性,以金针菇为主要原料,复配以灵芝和虫草制成珍菌素灌入小鼠胃中观察其对小鼠免疫器官、体液免疫功能及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果表明:与空白对照相比珍菌素低(125 mg/kg.d),中(250mg/kg.d),高(500 mg/kg.d)剂量处理都能显著提高正常小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数,在外源鸡红细胞刺激下可促进健康小鼠溶血素的大量生成,同时能显著提高健康小鼠的廓清指数K及吞噬系数α值,说明珍菌素能促进机体的免疫功能,发挥积极的免疫调节作用。
