就知识经济时代高校图书馆人本管理的实现进行探索,阐述高校图书馆开展人本管理的必要性。认为健全激励机制、重视人才队伍建设、开展情感管理、营造宽松和谐的工作环境以及提高馆员情商等措施是有效实施高校图书馆人本管理的可行之路。
This paper probes into the realization of humanistic management of university library in the era of knowledge economy and expounds the necessity of carrying out humanistic management in university libraries. It is a feasible way to effectively implement humanistic management of university libraries by improving the incentive mechanism, attaching importance to the construction of qualified personnel, carrying out emotional management, creating a relaxed and harmonious working environment, and improving the emotional intelligence of librarians.
