报道了黄果茄不同器官生物碱含量的差异,不同浸提剂及酸碱处理对生物减收率的影响,生物碱的薄层层析。结果表明,黄果茄果实中生物碱含量最高,达5.96%;以乙醇浸提、HCl-NaOH处理生物碱的收率最高;总生物碱包含七种不同的组分。
The effects of different extractants and acid-base treatments on the bio-reduction rate and alkaloid TLC were reported. The results showed that the content of alkaloids in Huangguo eggplant was the highest (5.96%). The yield of alkaloids was the highest with ethanol extract and HCl-NaOH. The total alkaloids contained seven different components.
