在进行高铬钢光谱分析时,观察到不同含碳量对铬钢的工作曲线有影响。同时看到在高碳样品中,样品组织结构也影响了光谱分析的结果。实验证明,在火花光源中,只有当碳是以固溶体状态存在,而且其含量大于1%时,这种影响才比较显著。根据含碳量对于铬和铁蒸发量影响的数据,我们看到,碳对铬的影响比对铁的影响大。初步认为,在Fe-Cr-C固溶体中,生成Fe-C-Cr键的机率比生成Fe-C-Fe的为大。
In the high chrome steel spectrum analysis, it is observed that different carbon contents have an influence on the working curve of chrome steel. At the same time, we can see that in the high-carbon samples, the structure of the sample also affected the results of the spectral analysis. Experiments show that in the spark source, only when the carbon is present as a solid solution, and its content is greater than 1%, this effect is more significant. Based on the data on the effect of carbon content on chromium and iron evaporation, we see that the effect of carbon on chromium is greater than on iron. It is preliminarily believed that the Fe-C-Cr bond formation in the Fe-Cr-C solid solution is more likely than Fe-C-Fe formation.
