随着制造工艺和加工系统的进步,机床和加工中心变得更加复杂和昂贵。由于各种因素,例如,输入不正确刀具尺寸、基准点设错、加工程序错误、工件尺寸误差、数控失常、操作失误等,数控机床不能完全避免撞车。据调查,一般的撞车可能导致数万元的损失(停机损失与维修费用),而在多数制造厂中,每台机床每年要遭受1~2次撞车。因此,数控机床很需要设置防撞车安全离合器。
As manufacturing processes and processing systems improve, machine tools and machining centers become more complex and expensive. Due to various factors, for example, the incorrect tool size is input, the reference point is set wrong, the machining program error, the workpiece size error, NC error, operation error, CNC machine tools can not completely avoid the collision. According to the survey, a typical crash could cost tens of thousands of dollars (downtime and maintenance costs), while in most manufacturing plants each machine suffers 1 or 2 crashes a year. Therefore, CNC machine tools are needed to set crash safety clutch.
