Shanghai Municipality Prohibits Port Area Five Behavior - Shanghai Municipality on Fishing Ports and Fishery Ships Safety Management Office: Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Office Time: March 1, 2011 Policy Brief: The following acts are prohibited within the fishing port area: (1) to tether ropes or other articles on aids to navigation; (2) to dispose of used ships or other marine equipment; (3) to occupy or destroy facilities and facilities in fishing ports; (4) to engage in fishing operations and breeding which impede traffic safety (5) Other acts that may endanger the safety of fishing ports or impede the safe passage of ships into or out of fishing ports.
