From March to November 1981, we monitored the dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) in 60 patients with paroxysmal syncope, dizziness and palpitation and found that they may be related to some kind of arrhythmia. DCG detection of arrhythmia accounted for 73.3%, while conventional electrocardiogram (ECG) was 51.6%, syncope group was mainly sinus bradycardia; dizziness group of slow and tachyarrhythmia incidence rate is almost the same; simple heart palpitations group The main attack room, premature ventricular contractions, followed by a short array of atrial and supraventricular tachycardia (5 cases each). The relationship between each group of symptoms and hemodynamics studies have shown that cardiac output and cardiac index decreased significantly in the syncope group, followed by the dizziness group, palpitations group is still within the normal range.
