随着新科技革命和经济全球化浪潮的发展,国家垄断资本主义逐步发展为超国家垄断资本主义。超国家垄断资本主义是垄断资本主义发展的高级阶段。当前的经济危机从深层次原因上讲就是超国家垄断资本主义发展的必然结果;而这场危机的解决必将推动超国家垄断资本主义的进一步发展。对世界社会主义运动来说,超国家垄断资本主义的发展一方面为社会主义和共产主义运动做了物质准备,另一方面又对当前社会主义事业构成了威胁。
With the development of the new scientific and technological revolution and the wave of economic globalization, state monopoly capitalism gradually developed into supranational monopoly capitalism. The super-state monopoly capitalism is the advanced stage of the development of monopoly capitalism. The current economic crisis is, from a deep-seated point of view, the inevitable result of the development of supranational monopoly capitalism. The resolution of this crisis will surely promote the further development of supranational monopoly capitalism. For the world socialist movement, the development of supranational monopoly capitalism on the one hand made material preparations for the socialist and communist movements and on the other hand posed a threat to the current socialist cause.
