中国社会科学院国际法研究所于2016年10月22-23日在北京举办“人权领域的国际合作与中国视角”国际研讨会,邀请国内外专家研讨人权领域的热点和前沿问题,特别是深入探讨中国特色社会主义人权观和中国人权事业的进步与发展。中外代表在会议中热议中国特色社会主义人权观,并提出“南方人权模式”和“南方人权视角”等新概念。他们结合中国制定和实施国家人权行动计划、中国在法治领域的进步与发展等,积极讨论中国特色社会主义人权实践的特点和经验。会议高度评价中国在人权国际合作中的建设性影响,特别是在联合国人权机制实践和引领落实联合国《2030年可持续发展议程》方面的积极作用。
The Institute of International Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences held an international symposium on international cooperation and perspectives in the field of human rights in Beijing from October 22 to 23, 2016, inviting domestic and foreign experts to discuss the hot issues and cutting-edge issues in the field of human rights, especially in-depth Exploring the View of Socialist Human Rights with Chinese Characteristics and the Progress and Development of the Cause of Human Rights in China. Chinese and foreign delegates heatedly discussed the socialist concept of human rights with Chinese characteristics during the conference and proposed new concepts such as “the human rights model in the South” and “the human rights perspective in the South”. In the light of China’s plan of action for formulating and implementing the national human rights law and the progress and development of China in the area of rule of law, they actively discussed the characteristics and experience of the practice of human rights in socialism with Chinese characteristics. The meeting highly praised China for its constructive influence in international cooperation on human rights, especially the UN human rights mechanism and its lead role in implementing the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
