目的探讨四磨汤口服液联合妈咪爱治疗儿童功能性腹痛的临床疗效。方法选取符合条件且自愿接受治疗的儿童功能性腹痛患儿106例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例。治疗组予四磨汤口服液联合妈咪爱进行治疗,对照组单用四磨汤口服液治疗,观察2组治疗1周和2周的临床疗效。结果治疗1周后,治疗组总有效率为62.3%,对照组为45.3%;治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为86.8%,对照组为64.2%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后症状积分比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后症状积分比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论四磨汤口服液联合妈咪爱治疗儿童功能性腹痛临床疗效肯定,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Simotang Oral Liquid and Mommy Love in treating children with functional abdominal pain. Methods A total of 106 children with functional abdominal pain who were eligible and voluntarily received treatment were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 53) and control group (n = 53). The treatment group was treated with Si Moupang Oral Liquid and Mummy Oral Liquid, while the control group was treated with Siu Moupu Oral Liquid alone. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed for 1 week and 2 weeks. Results After 1 week of treatment, the total effective rate was 62.3% in the treatment group and 45.3% in the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 86.8% in the treatment group and 64.2% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences in symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.01). There were significant differences in symptom scores between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Si Moupang Oral Liquid combined with mommy love clinical efficacy of children with functional abdominal pain is worthy of promotion.
