政府形象的好坏反映了政府的执政能力,政府作为行政体制改革的推动者和承载者,其言行直接影响政府的公信力、凝聚力、号召力,在当代中国行政体制改革的过程中,公众作为行政体制改革的最终承担者,其心目中的政府形象是改革成效最有力的评价,如何认识政府形象与政府行政体制改革间的内在关系,对深化我国行政体制改革具有现实意义。
The image of the government reflects the government’s ability to govern.
