探讨舒适护理在COPD致Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果,总结并归纳护理方法。方法选取COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者120例,将其平均分成两组,分别为对照组和治疗组,对照组患者采用常规的护理方法,治疗组患者采用专门的舒适护理法。结果在接受护理服务之后,对治疗组患者FEV1%、FVC%、FEV1/FVC、PEF以及服务满意度等方面的指标均高于对照组。结论对COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者进行舒适护理可以收到良好的护理效果,临床价值值得推广。
To discuss the effect of comfortable nursing in type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients with COPD, summarize and summarize nursing methods. Methods A total of 120 COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were selected and divided into two groups. The two groups were divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing method and patients in treatment group were treated by special comfort care method. Results After receiving nursing service, the indexes of FEV1%, FVC%, FEV1 / FVC, PEF and service satisfaction in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusions Comfortable care for patients with COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure can receive good nursing results, and its clinical value is worthy of promotion.
