背负式机器人为AGV机器人的一种,是自动导引机器人(Aotomated Guided Vehicle)的缩写。背负式机器人是以微控制器为控制核心、蓄电池为动力、装有非接触导引装置的运载车,其自动作业的基本功能是导向行驶、认址停准和移交载荷。背负式机器人在实训中,尤其是在产训结合中具有自动化程度高、应用灵活、机电结合程度高等诸多特点,并且在大规模生产中背负式机器人已经得到了越来越广泛的应用。背负式机器人的引入,对实训车间的生产以及产训结合模式也具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。
