目的观察三肽化合物酪丝亮肽(tyroserleutide,YSL)对腹水型肝癌H22小鼠的抗肿瘤作用,观察YSL对荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞转化及NK细胞杀伤活性的影响。方法建立腹水型肝癌H22小鼠动物模型,观察YSL对腹水型肝癌H22小鼠生存时间的影响;以MTT法检测YSL对荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞转化及NK细胞杀伤活性的影响。结果YSL能够明显延长腹水型肝癌H22小鼠生存时间;YSL在5μg.kg-1和50μg.kg-1时可以促进腹水型肝癌H22小鼠T淋巴细胞的转化;YSL在0.5、5和50μg.kg-1时增强荷瘤小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性。结论YSL可以延长腹水型肝癌H22小鼠的生存时间;促进荷瘤鼠的T淋巴细胞转化及NK细胞杀伤活性。
Objective To observe the antitumor effect of tripeptide tyroserleutide (YSL) on ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma H22 mice and observe the effect of YSL on T lymphocyte transformation and NK cell killing activity in tumor-bearing mice. Methods The animal model of H22 mice with ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma was established and the effect of YSL on the survival time of H22 mice with ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma was observed. The effect of YSL on T lymphocyte transformation and NK cell killing activity of tumor-bearing mice was detected by MTT assay. Results YSL could prolong the survival time of H22 mice with ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma. YSL could promote the transformation of T lymphocytes of H22 mice with ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma at 5μg.kg-1 and 50μg.kg-1; kg-1 enhanced NK cell-killing activity of tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion YSL can prolong the survival time of ascitic hepatocarcinoma H22 mice and promote T lymphocyte transformation and NK cytotoxicity in tumor-bearing mice.
