历时90天,跨越30个省市自治区,总行程超过100 000km,2017山推“客户关爱行”服务巡检活动在酷暑来临之前画上了圆满的句点。此次走访,由山推研究院、推土机事业部、道机事业部、潍柴动力、重庆康明斯和上柴等单位组成服务专家组,以小分队的形式深入到广东、湖北、宁夏和陕西等省市自治区开展用户“关爱”活动,确保全方位为用户解决实际问题。走访覆盖1 000多名用户,免费检修1 000多台山推
The 90-day journey spans over 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and the total itinerary exceeds 100 000 km. 2017 Shantui’s “Customer Care Services” service patrol activities completed a successful period before the arrival of the summer heat. During this visit, a group of service experts was formed by Shantui Institute, Bulldozer Division, Road Machinery Division, Weichai Power, Chongqing Cummins, and Shangchai.
