党和人民的事业是由无数具体工作推动的。党的执政能力也是由各级党组织和全体党员干部的工作能力组成的。全面建设小康社会,推进中国特色社会主义事业,离不开千百万共产党人在本职岗位上所做的具体工作和不懈努力。共产党员保持先进性,必须体现到在改革发展稳定的各项工作中发挥先锋模范作用上,体现到带领群众为推动经济发展和社会进步而开拓进取的实际行动中。一名党员的作用,对于党和人民的事业来说,就像一台机器上的螺丝钉螺丝钉虽小,作用却不可低估。共产党员大都在一定的岗位上承担着一定的任务,这些看来平凡的工作
