目的了解2011-2014年北京首都国际机场周边蚊虫种类及密度和病原携带情况,为北京市蚊媒传播疾病防控策略的制定提供科学依据。方法 2011-2014年每年的5-10月在机场周边2000 m范围内选取7个监测点,采用国家标准GB/T 23797-2009中的二氧化碳诱蚊灯法,通过描述性研究方法对首都机场周边2011-2014年蚊虫种类及密度和病原携带情况监测数据进行流行病学分析。结果 2011-2014年共捕获成蚊126 212只,其中淡色库蚊占捕获总数的85.59%,为优势蚊种,三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊、白纹伊蚊分别占13.95%、0.28%和0.18%;2011-2014年蚊虫年平均密度指数分别为40.74、45.18、28.76和37.80只/(灯·h),总体蚊虫月密度在0.29~113.38只/(灯·h)之间,密度高峰在6-9月;月平均密度高峰淡色库蚊在6月,三带喙库蚊在9月,中华按蚊和白纹伊蚊均在8月;7种生境蚊虫总体年平均密度在4.93~146.17只/(灯·h)之间,其中温榆河水系三带喙库蚊、淡色库蚊和中华按蚊密度最高,白纹伊蚊在机场中部密度最高;未发现携带有疟疾、登革热和流行性乙型脑炎病毒的蚊虫。结论首都机场周边蚊虫密度较高,河边等野外环境是其栖息的主要场所,密度高峰期在6-9月,淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊是主要蚊种,发生本地感染疟疾、登革热病例的风险极低。
Objective To understand the species and density of mosquitoes around Beijing Capital International Airport from 2011 to 2014 and the pathogen carriers, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of mosquito-borne disease prevention and control strategies in Beijing. Methods From May to October of each year from 2011 to 2014, 7 monitoring points were selected within 2000 m around the airport. The carbonated mosquito lamp method of national standard GB / T 23797-2009 was used to describe the surrounding area of Beijing Capital International Airport by descriptive method 2011-2014 mosquito species and density and pathogen surveillance data for epidemiological analysis. Conclusions The density of mosquitoes in the periphery of Capital Airport is relatively high, and the outdoor environment such as riverside is the main habitat. The density peak is from June to September. Culex pipiens pallets and Culex tritaeniorhynchus are the major mosquito species. Malaria and Dengue fever The risk of the case is extremely low.
