本文报道一组20例持续性房颤,应用乙胺碘呋酮复律效果的观察。房颤持续时间大部分为1.5～96日,最短的两例为6天和11天。乙胺碘呋酮每日量为0.3～0.8克,用药时间一般不超过一个月。个别病例亦有长达三个月者。20例中,18例于服药后转复为窦性心律,2例转复失败。18例转复成功者,13例经1～22个月随访,一直保持窦性心律(在隔日或每日0.1～
This article reports a group of 20 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, the application of amiodarone cardioversion effect. The duration of atrial fibrillation was mostly 1.5 to 96 days, the shortest two cases were 6 days and 11 days. Amiodarone daily amount of 0.3 to 0.8 grams, the treatment time is generally not more than one month. Some cases also have up to three months. In 20 cases, 18 cases were converted to sinus rhythm after medication, and 2 cases failed to recover. 18 cases of successful recovery, 13 cases were followed up for 1 to 22 months, has been to maintain sinus rhythm (on the next day or daily 0.1 ~
