中职学校生源大都是中考平均线以下的“弱势”群体,普遍存在着文化基础课程差,学习主动性不强,学习态度散漫,人生观、价值观空乏,自我尊严意识淡薄等缺点。对于中职学生来说,有效的道德教育是帮助他们建立正确的人生观、价值观的最有效手段,也是促进他们树立尊严意识的重要途径。加强道德教育对中职学生的人生成长具有重要意义与价值,能够更好地推进学生管理,促进学生做好人读好书,成为适应新时代建设的有用之才。
The students in secondary vocational schools are mostly “underprivileged” groups below the average level of the upper secondary school entrance examinations. There are many shortcomings such as poor basic courses in culture, weak learning initiative, loose learning attitude, lack of values, weak sense of self-dignity. For secondary vocational school students, effective moral education is the most effective way to help them establish a correct outlook on life and values. It is also an important way to promote their awareness of dignity. Strengthening moral education is of great significance and value to the growth of students in secondary vocational schools. It can better promote student management and promote students to do a good job of reading books, and become a useful talent to adapt to the new era.
