利用有机醇盐水解法合成了TiO2溶胶,采用溶胶-凝胶法在AZ91D镁合金表面制备了TiO2薄膜。通过XRD、SEM等分析技术对涂层的表面结构和组织进行表征,并探讨了该涂层的耐腐蚀性能及涂覆次数对腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:以钛酸丁酯为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,盐酸和去离子水的混合液为稳定剂,可制备出均匀透明的TiO2溶胶;3.5%NaCl水溶液动电位极化曲线试验表明,TiO2薄膜提高了镁合金表面的耐腐蚀性。
The TiO2 sol was synthesized by the hydrolysis of organic alkoxide and the TiO2 thin film was prepared on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy by sol - gel method. The surface structure and microstructure of the coating were characterized by XRD, SEM and other analytical techniques. The corrosion resistance of the coating and the influence of coating times on the corrosion were also discussed. The results showed that the uniform and transparent TiO2 sol could be prepared by using butyl titanate as raw material, ethanol as solvent, mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and deionized water as stabilizer. The dynamic potentiodynamic polarization curve of 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution showed that, TiO2 thin films improve the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy surface.
