邯钢是邯郸市最大的国有企业。1991年,邯钢推出“模拟市场核算,实行成本否决”的经验,在全市引起巨大反响。市委、市政府迅速做出决定,把学习推广邯钢经验,作为搞活全市国有企业的重要举措。并注意在学习中发展,在借鉴中创新,有力地推动了国有企业的改革与发展。回顾五年多来学邯钢的实践,我们有以下几个方面的体会。
Handan Iron and Steel Handan City is the largest state-owned enterprises. In 1991, Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. launched the “simulated market accounting, the cost of implementation of the veto,” the experience in the city aroused great repercussions. Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government made the decision promptly to study and popularize the experience of Handan Iron and Steel as an important measure to invigorate the state-owned enterprises in the city. Attention should also be paid to the development in learning and the innovation in reference so as to effectively promote the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. Looking back more than five years to learn Handan Iron and steel practice, we have the following aspects of experience.
