(2)Q530是一贴片三极管,字标型号DK67,根据电路分析应为一PNP三极管。试用一S8550按对应引脚位置焊在铜箔面,开机后按键灯和背景灯正常点亮。测量Q530 b、c、e极电压分别为12.1 V、12.7 V、12.9 V,工作电流199 mA。但在安装时遇到了麻烦,因S8550过厚,使主板无法安装到位。灯光电路均为贴片元件,在主板元件面无可利用的焊点,给S8550在元件面的安装带来不便。
