目的对珍珠菜Lysimachia clethroides的化学成分进行研究。方法采用溶剂法和色谱法提取分离,波谱法鉴定化合物结构。结果从珍珠菜中分离得到了13个化合物,分别鉴定为正十六烷酸(Ⅰ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅱ)、东莨菪亭(Ⅲ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅳ)、木犀草素(Ⅴ)、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅵ)、槲皮素-3-O-(6″-O-反式香豆酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)、柚皮素(Ⅷ)、山柰酚-7-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、异鼠李素-3-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅹ)、蒙花苷(Ⅺ)、3β,16α-二羟基-13,28-环氧-齐墩果烷-3-O-{α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→2)-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→4)-[β-D-葡萄糖-(1→2)]-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷}(ⅩⅡ)、3β,16α,29-三羟基-13,28-环氧-齐墩果烷-3-O-{α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→2)-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→4)-[-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→2)]-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷}(红毛紫钟苷E,ardisimamiloside E,ⅩⅢ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅶ~ⅩⅢ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lysimachia clethroides. Methods Solvent extraction and chromatographic extraction were used to determine the structure of the compounds. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from Lysimachia clethroides and identified as n-hexadecanoic acid (I), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (II), scopoletin (III), protocatechuic acid (IV), and luteolin. (V), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (VI), quercetin-3-O-(6"-O-trans coumarin)-beta-D-glucoside (VII), pomelo Petritin (VIII), Kaempferol-7-O-glucoside (IX), isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside (X), linarin (XI), 3β, 16α-dihydroxy-13 ,28-epoxy- oleanan-3-O-{α-L-rhamnosyl-(1→2)-O-β-D-glucose-(1→4)-[β-D- Glucose-(1→2)]-α-L-arabinoside (XII), 3β, 16α,29-trihydroxy-13,28-epoxy- oleanan-3-O-{α-L- Rhamnosyl-(1→2)-O-β-D-Glucose-(1→4)-[-β-D-Glucose-(1→2)]-α-L-Arabinoside} Glycoside E, ardisimamiloside E, XIII). Conclusions Compounds I-VI were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds VII-XIII were isolated from this genus for the first time.
