The project is located on the Fivi Ghay Babbuck ground developed by AUC Urban Planning Institute in a number of key industrial development sites in northern France. The site borders Chemin de la cotonniere on the west side, with a row of low-rise “worker’s dwellings” (2nd floor + loft) on the road. The alley is between Rogerson Boulevard on the south side of the block and Pierre-le-Grand Boulevard on the north, which are mostly single-family houses (3 stories + loft) on Pierre-le-Grand Avenue, The center is a large garden.
