文字编辑好比裁缝、厨师,布怎么裁剪,菜如何烹调,不是件轻而易举的事;同样编稿不是简单的拼拼凑凑,要精挑细选,精雕细刻。编稿时拿不准的要常常请教别人,同时也不妨问问自己。一问:稿件选准了吗?面对大堆来稿,第一道工序便是选择。编辑选稿,心中自有标准,合则留,不合则舍。不同的报纸不同的版面,标准不同;不同的编辑,在挑选时也会有所侧重,不可能完全一个模样。
