狭叶香茶菜(Rabdosia angustifolia(Dunn)Hara)其叶味极苦,民间作消炎、清热、健、胃药使用。我们从云南丽江地区产狭叶香茶菜叶的乙醚提取物中分离得三个单体,其中二个为已知化合物isodonal(V)和β-谷甾醇,另一个经鉴定其结构与Kubo由shikodonin得到的衍生物O-methylshikodonin相同,但这是从自然界中首次分离得到的又一个具螺断贝壳杉烯(spirosecokaurene)型骨架的化合物,命名为狭叶香茶菜素(angustifolin)(1)。药理实验表明,化合物(1),(V)对体外Hela细胞和ECA细胞有一定的细胞毒活性;对体内ECA和S_(180)等肿瘤模型亦有一定的抑制作用(将另文报道)。
The leafy tea dish (Rabdosia angustifolia (Dunn) Hara) is extremely bitter in its leaves and is used as an anti-inflammatory, heat-clearing, healthy and stomach medicine. We isolated three monomers from the ether extract of the leaves of the leaves of A. sinensis leaves in Lijiang, Yunnan Province. Two of them were the known compounds isodonal (V) and β-sitosterol, and the other was identified by its structure and Kubo. Shikodonin has the same derivative of O-methylshikodonin, but this is another compound with a spiroskekaurene skeleton isolated from nature for the first time. It is named angustifolin (1) . Pharmacological experiments showed that compounds (1) and (V) had certain cytotoxic activity on Hela cells and ECA cells in vitro, and also had certain inhibitory effects on in vivo ECA and S_180 tumor models (will be reported in another article).
