今年6月以来中国经济有向好的趋势,改革稳步推进,产业结构调整出现积极变化,但各部门也清醒看到经济还面临下行压力,国际形势的复杂多变也对中国经济未来发展环境有不利影响。在当前复杂环境下,如果坚持市场改革的取向,向改革要动力、要红利,中国经济今后是能够平稳发展的。我重点谈三点建议。第一,切实落实各项为企业减负的政策措施,让企业的活力得到真正释
