在瞬变电磁野外观测中,我们能够获得地下介质的综合感应电动势,但由于其动态范围横跨多个数量级,有效异常会淹没在强大的背景响应中而很难识别.本文借助于虚拟背景场的思路,给出了剩余感应电动势和相对感应电动势公式,讨论了选择不同虚拟背景电阻率时对相对感应电动势的影响,并通过多个算例表明该方法简单易行,可作为野外快速处理数据的一种新方法.研究得出以下几个结论:(1)背景电阻率的变化不影响相对感应电动势曲线形态,只影响相对感应电动势的数值大小和视深度估计;(2)背景电阻率可以通过拟合早期感应电动势而获得较真实的值;(3)阐述了瞬变电磁中剩余感应电动势与相对感应电动势之间的主要区别;(4)相对感应电动势可用于对二维瞬变电磁数据进行拟二维成像处理,效果较好.
