针对基层文化人才队伍建设面临文化专业人才和文化经营管理人才缺乏,一些关键岗位缺岗或少岗,采取解决待遇、培养人才等办法,加强基层文化人才队伍建设。
Aiming at the lack of cultural professionals and cultural management personnel in the grass-roots cultural talent team construction, a number of key positions are being laid-off or post-guarding, and measures such as solution to treatment and personnel training are taken to strengthen the building of grass-roots cultural talents.
