党的十八届四中全会提出了全面推进依法治国的总体要求,强调坚持依法治国、依法执政、依法行政共同推进,促进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。深入贯彻新预算法和国务院《关于深化预算管理制度改革的决定》,是全面落实十八届四中全会精神的一个重大举措,也是当前各级财政部门的一项重要任务。我们要学习好、贯彻好、实施好新预算法和中央深化财税体制改革的各项要求,牢固树立法治意识,把各项财政工作逐步纳入法治建设的轨道,加快构建现代财政管理制度。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the overall requirements for promoting the rule of law in an all-round way.
