人事档案管理作为企事业单位管理体系的重要组成,随着社会经济的快速发展,人才数量和规模日趋增加,社会分工更加细化,社会各行业领域交叉日益频繁,使得社会对人事档案管理要求不断提高。基于此,设计和实现人事档案管理系统势在必行,其不仅可以有效的对人事管理信息进行完善,而且对于实现企事业管理质量和效率提升以及成本节约具有积极作用。
As the important component of the management system of enterprises and institutions, with the rapid development of social economy, the personnel archives management has been increasing in number and size of talents, the division of labor in society has been further refined, and the cross-cutting fields in various sectors of society have become increasingly frequent. As a result, social archives management requirements improve. Based on this, it is imperative to design and implement personnel file management system, which can not only improve the personnel management information effectively, but also play an active role in improving the quality and efficiency of enterprise management and cost saving.
