目的通过探讨妇幼保健院门诊量的动态变化和季节性变化规律,从而为医院管理者及时制定相应的应对措施提供可靠依据。方法根据某院2006年-2015年门诊量统计数据作为研究对象,回顾性分析门诊量的资料,采用季节指数法分析门诊量的变化特点。结果医院门诊量2006年-2013年保持逐年增长的趋势,2014年-2015年门诊量略有下降;门诊量最低的是第一季度,季节指数为81.79%,而其他三个季度的季节指数都在100.00%以上,最高的是第四季度,达109.58%。结论门诊量呈现逐年上升的趋势,具有季节性变化的特点,其中第三季度和第四季度门诊量较高,需加强重视,应根据季节动态发展变化结果制定合理与科学的年度、月度工作计划,从而为临床提供更好的指导。
Objective To explore the dynamic changes and seasonal changes of outpatients in MCH and provide a reliable basis for hospital managers to formulate appropriate response measures in time. Methods According to the outpatient statistics data from 2006 to 2015 in a hospital, the outpatient data were analyzed retrospectively. The seasonal index method was used to analyze the changing characteristics of outpatient volume. Results The hospital outpatient volume kept increasing year by year from 2006 to 2013, and the outpatient volume decreased slightly from 2014 to 2015. The outpatient amount was the lowest in the first quarter with the season index of 81.79% and the season indexes of the other three quarters Above 100.00%, the highest is the fourth quarter, reaching 109.58%. Conclusions The outpatient volume shows a trend of increasing year by year with the characteristics of seasonal changes. Among them, the outpatient amount in the third quarter and the fourth quarter is higher, which needs to be emphasized.
