党的十八届五中全会指出,要强化企业创新主体地位和主导作用,形成一批有国际竞争力的创新型领军企业。从宁波来看,在民营经济蓬勃发展的浪潮中,曾涌现出了以丁磊、李如成、郑坚江等为代表的一大批企业家,传承了甬商“诚信、务实、吃苦耐劳”的精神特质,但是随着时代的发展,宁波企业家群体正在发生代际传承,需要在新的企业家身上不断强化企业家的创新、实践、开放合作等精神,推动宁波民营企业实现二次创业。

They need to constantly strengthen entrepreneurship innovation, practice, open cooperation and other spirits among new entrepreneurs to promote the second pioneering of Ningbo private enterprises.
