With the continuous development of perinatal medical technology, so that the original “ripe” natural childbirth embarrassing situation. The face of an increasing number of cesarean section, experts believe that natural childbirth negative impact on physical and mental health of postpartum mothers than cesarean section. Which, after birth is conducive to the growth and development of children intestinal flora is one of the obvious performance. Recently, a study published in the international magazine “Gut” (International Department of Gastroenterology Monthly) reported this phenomenon. The researchers studied the development of gut flora in children of all ages, including natural childbirth and cesarean section. Using DNA sequencing and computer analysis, researchers conducted a comprehensive analysis of the diversity of bacteria present in the gut of these children. The study found that children born through cesarean section had a low diversity of microbial flora in their gut during their two years of life, especially Bacteroidetes.
