加拿大植物保护局(PPD)食品检验署(CFIA)和中华人民共和国动植物检疫局(CAPQ),为中国向加拿大出口无土生长介质盆景一事进行协商,于1998年4月达成如下协议: 1.中国向加拿大试出口盆景许可植物种类下面植物不是加拿大特别限制进口种类,允许种植于无土介质中进入加拿大PRA分析结果为低风险性。 A)热带植物种类,如:竹类(Bambusa spp.)、福建茶(Carmonaspp.)、棕类(Rhapis spp.)以及其他在温带气候条件下不能生存的种类。 B)六月雪Serissa foetida,Serissa serissoides;黄杨Buxussinica,Buxus harlandii; 雀梅Sageretia theezans; 水横枝Gardenia jasmenoides,Gardenia varigata;榕Ficus retusa;朴树
CPD Canada (CPIA) and the Animal and Plant Quarantine Bureau (CAPQ) of the People’s Republic of China, in consultation with China on the export of soilless medium bonsai to Canada, reached the following agreement in April 1998: China Permits Exported Bonsai to Canada Approved Plant Species The plant below is not a particularly restricted Canadian import and allows planting in soilless media into Canada PRA analysis results are low risk.
