中长跑训练要求运动员必须能承受大运动量、大强度的训练。本文针对中长跑运动中普遍存在的疲劳问题,结合长期在农村初中的训练实践,探讨如何运用维生素帮助中长跑运动员消除或减轻疲劳、提高运动能力。
Middle and long distance training requires athletes must be able to withstand a large amount of exercise, intensive training. This article aims at the fatigue problems prevailing in long-distance running and long-term practice in rural junior high schools. It explores how to use vitamins to help middle-distance runners eliminate or reduce fatigue and improve their ability to exercise.
