通过在套袋苹果上人工接种乱跗线螨,验证其与黑点病的关系,试验表明,经杀菌剂处理果实,按每果10~50头接螨危害率为60%,接螨数量多少与套袋苹果黑点病危害率呈正比;自然对照危害率为20%;而人工除螨的空白对照危害率为0。因此证实,乱跗线螨的危害导致了套袋苹果的黑点病。田间使用螨类忌避剂防治可以有效的控制乱跗线螨危害,好果率达到96%,显著好于48%乐斯本乳油、1.8%阿维菌素乳油控制效果,空白处理危害率高达54.17%。套袋前用螨类忌避剂乳油、48%乐斯本乳油、1.8%阿维菌素乳油3种药剂浸袋处理,螨类忌避剂危害率为4%、48%乐斯本乳油危害率为19%、1.8%阿维菌素乳油危害率为31%;喷药防治效果调查结果显示,螨类忌避剂乳油处理平均危害率亦仅为4%,48%乐斯本乳油处理平均危害率为16.25%,1.8%阿维菌素乳油处理平均危害率为26.75%。调查发现乱跗线螨也可以引起套袋梨、套袋桃果实黑点病。
The results showed that the number of mites was 60% according to the damage rate of 10 ~ 50 mites per fruit after the fungicide was used to deal with the black spot disease. Therefore, it was confirmed that the harm caused by chameleon line mite caused the black spot disease of bagged apple. The use of mite repellents in the field can effectively control the harm of mites, with a good fruit rate of 96%, significantly better than that of 48% of Loxen emulsifiable concentrate and 1.8% of avermectin emulsifiable concentrate with a harmlessness rate of 54.17 %. Before bagging with mite repellent EC, 48% LEXINE EC, 1.8% avermectin EC three kinds of agents dip bag treatment, mite repellent damage rate of 4%, 48% 19%, 1.8% abamectin EC endangering rate of 31%; spraying prevention and control results showed that the average hazard rate of mite repellent EC was only 4%, 48% average processing rate of Lubricant EC was 16.25%, 1.8% abamectin EC average damage rate was 26.75%. Investigation found that chaos mites can also cause bagged pears, bagging peach fruit black spots disease.
